About

I am a design strategist with over 10 years of experience working on enterprise scale B2B design projects and other B2C projects.

In my role as the Lead Design Strategist and Experience Designer on the product innovation team at Incognito Software Systems, I provide results-driven design strategies. I achieve this by incorporating various UX methodologies to solicit user feedback to generate design use cases. I then analyze these cases to develop best-fit design solutions. I also bridge the gaps between different departments by facilitating communication to ensure we bring a cohesive end-product and solution experience for our customers.

On the B2C front, I had the privilege to execute some exciting pop-up events in Vancouver, collaborating with local food bloggers as well as talented chefs and artists. From start to finish, I led these projects through service design, user experience design, visual design, and event execution.

In my spare time, I love working on personal art projects. My work has been featured in established publications such as Shaw TV, The Vancouver Sun, CRAVE, along with many popular local and international design blogs.

As a big believer in life-long learning, I continue to educate myself after getting my B.Sc. at Simon Fraser University. I love keeping up with the latest trends in technology, design, and anything that fascinates me. I have completed the Nielsen Norman Group user experience certification program (UXC) and currently working towards the UX Master program. If I am not enrolled in certification programs, you can find me attending workshops and design conferences.

I am always looking for new projects and collaboration opportunities so please feel free to connect with me. I look forward to exploring ways we can work together.
